Terms and Conditions of Use for 26m

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("User") and 26m, the owner and operator of the online gambling platform accessible through this website. The 26m platform operates under international licensing.

By browsing, registering, or using any part of the 26m platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you are required to stop using the 26m platform.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Holding multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, IP addresses, or payment information, is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all such accounts and forfeiture of any existing balance.

• Users are responsible for updating their personal information should any changes occur.
• Your account password is entirely your own responsibility — do not share it with anyone.
• 26m reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to ensure account security.
• Users must notify customer support immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

26m supports a range of deposit methods for the convenience of Malaysian users. All deposits are processed securely and encrypted. The minimum deposit for each payment method is RM30.

Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and crypto assets including USDT, BTC and ETH. Users are responsible for ensuring the account name used for deposits matches the name registered with 26m.

• Deposits using third-party accounts or accounts not in the user's name are prohibited.
• 26m is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or e-wallet providers.
• All deposit transactions are non-reversible once processed by the system.
• Cryptocurrency exchange rates follow current market rates at the time of the transaction.
• 26m reserves the right to reject or cancel any suspicious deposit without providing a reason.

The minimum withdrawal amount on the 26m platform is RM50. Each valid withdrawal request will be processed within 5 to 30 minutes depending on the payment method selected and the account verification status.

Withdrawals can only be processed to the same account or digital wallet used to make deposits to the platform. This is a standard security control measure to prevent fraud and money laundering.

• Users must complete identity verification (KYC) before the first withdrawal request can be approved.
• Any winnings obtained from bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements that have been set.
• 26m reserves the right to carry out additional checks for withdrawal requests that exceed certain limits.
• Withdrawals to crypto wallets are processed based on the relevant blockchain network and the block confirmation time in effect.
• Users who have not met the bonus wagering requirements are not eligible to withdraw winnings from the bonus balance.

26m offers a 120% welcome bonus of up to a maximum of RM1,000 on a new member's first deposit. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM120 and an account balance of RM220, with a wagering requirement of RM2,400 (RM120 × 20). If RM1,800 is deposited, the maximum bonus of RM1,000 is given and the balance becomes RM2,800, with a wagering requirement of RM20,000 (RM1,000 × 20).

A bonus can only be activated once per new account. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount. The bonus balance and winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering conditions are fully met.

The 26m VIP programme consists of three tiers — Bronze (weekly cashback of up to 0.5%), Silver (weekly cashback of up to 1.0%), and Gold (weekly cashback of up to 1.5%). Progress between VIP tiers is based on activity and loyalty on the platform.

• Each bonus and promotion has its own validity period as set out in the relevant promotion terms.
• 26m reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time.
• Abuse of the bonus system such as opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses is prohibited.
• VIP cashback is calculated and credited weekly based on qualifying gaming activity during that period.

26m is committed to providing a fair, transparent and safe gaming environment. Users are required to use the platform in an honest and responsible manner. Any attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in the software or system is a serious breach of these terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 26m platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and legal action where applicable:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts or technical methods to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Collusion between players to manipulate outcomes in live casino games or baccarat tables.
• Using another person's account or sharing an account between more than one individual.
• Any action that could be construed as money laundering through gaming activity.
• Submitting false or forged identity verification documents.
• Attempting to hack or access the platform's systems without authorisation.

• 26m is not responsible for losses arising from device failures, internet disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Users are solely responsible for any tax liabilities arising from their winnings.

26m reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time at 26m's absolute discretion, particularly where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Eligible balances in voluntarily closed accounts will be returned after all conditions have been met.
• Accounts closed due to a breach of terms are not eligible for a balance refund.

Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the 26m platform unless stated otherwise. Continued use of the platform after notification of an amendment is considered full acceptance of the updated terms. Users who do not agree with the amendments should stop using the platform and request account closure.
